HEALTH & SAFETY
We've taken time to ensure that we provide the highest level of care and service, while most importantly - keeping everyone safe.
All roller skates and protective equipment are cleaned after every use with a hospital grade sanitizer. We try to rotate our skates and gear when possible to allow for drying time.
Please read the protective measures and booking guidelines below to help us do so.
BEFORE YOUR SKATE
-
Sign your waiver and familiarize yourself with the risk associated with roller skating.
-
Pre-book protective gear -- safety has never looked so sexy!
-
Skaters must plan to arrive 10-15 minutes to check in, so they are not rushed getting laced up.
-
Must be 18 years old. Bring ID to verify your identity.
-
Anyone renting skates MUST wear socks. No sock, no skates.
-
Pack light and keep your belongings on you at all times. Lockers are closed and SUSO does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
-
Apply sunscreen before and bring water to stay hydrated. It's hot out there!
-
Stay home if you are feeling sick, have been out of the country in the last 14 days, or suspect you may have come into contact with COVID-19.
DURING YOUR SKATE
-
Bring water and stay hydrated! It's hot and roller skating is a workout.
-
Wear protective gear for the duration of your skate time.
-
Ask for skating tips if needed.
-
Remain in control at all times.
-
Stay on designated skate trail to avoid uneven surfaces that could result in tripping.
-
Keep your belongings on you at all times.
-
Always maintain a safe (2m or 6ft) physical distance from others.
