We seek properties between 15,000-30,000sq ft that are centrally located and easily accessible to local communities.

SUSO is ideally looking for temporary 3 month leases that include a kick-out clause.

We like to locate our stores in power centres, strip centres, free-standing stores, major downtown retail locations and in major malls surrounded by a national retailer mix. Our aim is to set up in communities that have:

• a population of approximately 35,000+

• living within a 3-5 mile radius

• with a car count of at least 20,000 cars per day

 

SUSO's flexibility is key! While our ideal locations feature between 15,000 to 30,000 square feet of floor space with awesome visibility, no space is too large (or too small).
