We make it easy to get students roller skating by coming to your school. All we need is a flat, smooth surface. The SKATE VAN will roll up, set up and get your students laced up and rollin’ in no time.

Roller Recess Program

Roller Recess consist of two parts:

  • Assembly
  • Workshop

The assembly component is a performative and interactive skate show meant for bringing energy and excitement to students.

The workshop component is an immersive skate lesson for beginners, focusing on balance, movement and confidence. No prior skill or experience is required.

How it works

You pick the location and we come to you. Location will be the first thing we ask about, to ensure it's safe (away from vehicles) and has a smooth surface.

We recommend at least a basketball court sized space and suitable access for the SKATE VAN to enter and park.

We are currently serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond.

  • Exclusive use of the SUSO van, fully equipped with quad skates, and protective gear.
  • Up to 5 hours of unlimited skating per day.
  • Customised booking link for pre-registration
  • $20M Public Liability Insurance.

  • Speakers and music. We want you to have full creative control when it comes to the vibe
  • Seating for your guests to sit and lace up
  • Lighting (if required)

  • Site pre-clean to clear any unsafe debris from the skate surface
