Job Description

You’ll be the friendly face of SUSO Skate Co., helping create safe, fun, and memorable skate sessions. Many guests are skating for the first time or celebrating special moments like birthdays or date nights—your job is to make sure they have an amazing experience.

Tasks
• Check in skaters using our online booking system (confirm waivers and bookings)
• Assist beginner skaters with tips and encouragement
• Manage skate returns and sanitize equipment between uses
• Help direct groups and keep sessions running smoothly
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and safety-focused environment

Pay
$18/hour

Job Duties
Tasks
 Evaluate communication strategies and programs
 Implement communication strategies and programs
 Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content
 Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and
commercial products
 Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
 Gather, research and prepare communications material
 Initiate and maintain contact with the media
 Conduct analytical marketing studies
 Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to
assess development of potential and future trends
 Develop portfolio of marketing materials
 Evaluate customer service and store environments
 Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects
 Develop feasibility studies
 Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
 Develop marketing strategies
 Maintain and manage digital database
Education and Experience
 A college diploma or university degree related to Business or Marketing
 At least 1 year of experience in a business environment, especially if in start-up
or new business environment
