SUSO has no fixed address. We are a touring roller rink experience that pops-up in new spaces.

Yes, you should reserve your skate time in advance for a quick check in. This also ensures we have your skate size available and that we’re not at capacity—we’d hate for you to be disappointed!

We will try our best to accommodate you in person if we can, but we highly recommend booking online in advance. Ticket prices are $2-3 more for in person transactions.

We do have an age limit to comply with safety standards and insurance policies. Please check out your preferred location to confirm the age limit.

All skaters must sign a waiver online or upon entry to our roller rinks. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

All payments are non-refundable. Should your original reservation need to be rescheduled, you must reschedule your booking in advance. There is a link in your confirmation email that you can use to rebook yourself to another available time and date that works better for you. (Think of your skate session like a booked fitness class).

SUSO has a limited quantity of sizes available, US sizing ranging from Kids's sizes 1-5 (available at select locations), Women's sizes 6-14 and Men's sizes 5-13.

Our skates fit true to shoe size. If you don’t see your size try going up a size and wearing slightly thicker socks. It’s better to have a little extra room for comfort.

Absolutely! Book online to reserve your time. Select your entrance time and skate up to 3 hours.

Admission is $14 and permits you to skate for up to 3 hours.

It's $12 for anyone under the age of 16 and over the age of 65.

Yes, we cater to kids at some of our pop-up locations. Age limits are set at certain locations to comply with safety standards and insurance policies. Please check out your preferred location to confirm if it caters to all ages.

It's compulsory that children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian and wear full protective gear (helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards). Our protective gear bundle is complimentary for anyone under 16 years of age.

You don’t need to skate with your child, but we would highly recommend joining in on the fun!

Yes! We are not a daycare. All minors under the age of 13 need to be supervised by an adult at all times. Any children left unattended will be asked to remove their skates and wait until their guardian returns.

No, you can watch your child skate without purchasing a ticket. Thank you for not leaving your child unattended. 

• Read your confirmation email thoroughly and sign your waiver. 
• For rentals, socks must be worn for hygiene purposes. NO SOCKS, NO SKATE.
• Bring ID to verify your identity. We accept valid drivers license, passport, Health Card or any government issued ID with a picture. Sorry, we do not accept Student ID’s
• Pack light and keep your belongings on you at all times. Lockers are unavailable. SUSO does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
• Arrive 15-20 minutes early to check in so you don’t cut into your skate time.

If you arrive late, please see our team at the check in counter. We will try our best to accommodate you.

All tickets are non-refundable. You can reschedule to another time using the link in your confirmation booking. Otherwise we’d be happy to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. Just email us and we’ll update the booking.
